After reading their Yelp reviews, I called WSGD because my 40-year-old Montgomery Ward opener wore out. I arranged for Freddy to do the honors on the second-coldest day of the year. He brought his seven-year-old nephew and helper, PJ. Together, they promptly removed the old machinery, then installed the new unit and its accessories. I was pleased with Freddy's promptness and complete familiarity with the installation process, which included a new belt track, optical fail-safe sensors, wall switch, and remote controls. The "better" class unit contains many modern features I didn't know I was missing, like a built-in light switch and WiFi door control. The product and the service could not have been better. The major components bear a lifetime warranty. FYI, due to cold weather, the completion time was about three hours -- pretty good.
