I had North Shore Garage come out and fix the garage door opener at my townhouse in Crystal Lake. The horrible grinding noise the garage door was making when it opened was embarrassing and I didn't want someone to call the HOA on me for it - they are such sticklers for things like that in my subdivision. The guys here were great, they had it fixed quickly and their rates are more than fair. What sold me on them was how quickly they could get out to me - they had it fixed in less than 48 hours.

They were absolutely terrific - really, really good. My husband backed into our garage door, so it was kind of an emergency because we couldn't open or shut it. They were just nice, responsive, absolutely respectful of my home, and cleaned up well.

They did a fine job. The garage door was getting caught when it went up and down, and they got everything fixed. It is working perfectly now. They were very effiecient. When they left, they left everything nice and clean, but most importantly the garage door worked properly again. I was very thankful they got it all fixed.
